Shaping the Future of Gaming: By Young People, For Young People
Welcome to Game Changers. Game Changers is a co-design project with and for young people. The aim of Game Changers is to create innovative solutions addressing the risks of far-right extremism and online hate in gaming spaces for young people.
Young people taking part in the Game Changers program came together for a collaborative and comprehensive co-design process. Through this process, young people developed a series of resources to raise awareness about the issues facing young people in online gaming spaces when it comes to hate, discrimination and far-right extremism.
Using a range of different media forms participants were able to explore the issues facing young people in online gaming spaces, what it means to them and what can be done to deal with some of the biggest challenges facing young people in online gaming today.
